  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products, perishable goods, custom items, and personal care items for pets are not eligible for return. If you have questions about whether your item is returnable, please contact us.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within a certain number of days.


  • If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please follow the return procedure and specify that you require an exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
